What are your current processing times on personalized items?
Our normal processing times are the following unless specified for certain items.
We strive to get your order out much faster than that however.
Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
How can we contact you regarding an order?
Please contact us through email at sales@crystalcustomapparel.com or through the contact us tab on our website. Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response.
Do you offer rush orders?
If we have the item in stock or able to get the item quickly, we do offer rush orders for an additional fee. If you need your item rushed, please contact us before ordering and we would be more than happy to see if we can squeeze it in!
Can we cancel, change or modify our order?
Orders CANNOT be canceled, changed or modified after checkout. Please verify all selections prior to
checkout.
My item came damaged or incorrect, what do I do?
If you received your item or items are they were damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery or pickup. The 3 business days is based off of tracking and delivery or when you picked up your items). Please take a photo of the
damage or issue and email it to us at sales@crystalcustomapparel.com
